Prototype scope

Static analysis of supplied PostgreSQL schema, migration, transformation SQL, and report definitions within the implemented SQL subset. Supplied compiled dbt SQL can be inspected; dbt is not connected or executed. Reports use supplied definitions, not a Metabase connection. No live database or repository connection. SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle remain planned.
